A leading name in food and confectioneries in Nigeria, is in need of cold-rooms for lease. The company needs to lease two cold-rooms each in the East and Lagos; and one cold-room in the North.

The requirements
40ft container cold-room:

• Three 10hp condensing unit with compressor and evaporator; one of the units should be stand-by
• One unit of 33kva generator
• Cold-room electrical panel equipped with safety devices e.g. phase failure, circuit breaker, overload, etc.
• Temperature indicator
• Good illumination inside the cold-room
• Cold-room temperature between -25 to -30 degrees
• Entrance door must have rubber curtains.

20ft container cold-room:

• Two 7.5hp condensing unit with compressor and evaporator
•  One unit of 33kva generator
• Cold-room electrical panel equipped with safety devices e.g. phase failure, circuit breaker, overload, etc.
• Temperature indicator
• Good illumination inside the cold-room
• Cold-room temperature between -25 to -30 degrees
• Entrance door must have rubber curtains.

The cold-rooms are not limited to containers; however, they must meet the above requirements
