GENERAL MANAGER—HR: 
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline/MBA in HR and Personnel Management

Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Large enterprise with a workforce of 300 or more employees handling HR and Administrative work.

Job Description:
  • Knowledge of existing Industry practices in HR and well versed with the Statutory Rules of Corporates,
  • Develop and implement strategy for HR Management and Development including - Recruitment and Selection Policy/Practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development and performance appraisal.
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER:
Qualification: Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Petroleum

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of hardcore sales experience in the oil and Gas sector.

Job Description:
  • Takes oversight of all the Company's Retail Station for monitoring Sales Performance Volume with assigned Volume Sales Target to meet every month
  • Monitoring Sales improvement of all stations
  • Leading the Sustainability and Increase in Market Share of the Company within the Oil and Gas space in Nigeria
  • Supporting the GM in executing the Structures and Strategy to drive the improved performance in terms of Business Development and Retail Operations
  • Reporting to the GM Marketing on daily performance of dealers and marketing activity.
SALES MANAGER– DIRECT/INSTITUTIONAL SALES:

Qualification: Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Petroleum

Experience: Minimum 5-6 years experience in Direct/ Institutional/Bulk sales in Oil and Gas Industry.

Job Description:
  • Sales Target Achievement of PMS & AGO on monthly basis.
  • Identifying Key/ Institutional Accounts & Government/ Non- Government undertakings and strategically secure profitable business
  • Participating in preparing the big Volume Tenders and attending Techno Commercial Negotiations with end Users/Customers
  • Coordinating with Customers /End users, Head Office and Central Operations Office for smooth and timely execution of the order
  • Identification of areas of Network Expansion/Correction and Recommendation of suitable Parties within the territory and implementing new Marketing Plans.
  • Ensuring maintenance of company's collection norms and recommending corrections in the same.
ZONAL SALES MANAGER:
Qualifications: Graduate in Sales and Marketing

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry.

Job Description:
  • Manage a team of Sales Executives, providing them direction in day to day work
  • Achieve the sales target and provide information of market to Management
  • Improve channel relationship and act as interface between organization and Management.
  • Provide training inputs to team members.
RETAIL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER:
Qualification: Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/ Electrical Stream.

Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in maintenance of pump dispensers.

Job Description:
  • Maintenance and upkeep of all Retail Fuel Stations
  • Supervision of all Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Instrumentation work at the Fuel Stations
  • Liaising with Spares and Maintenance Vendors for proper Inventory and Warranty claims
  • Spare Parts Planning and Cost Analysis for the Equipments
  • Weekly and Monthly Generation of Retail Maintenance MIS.
TRAINING MANAGER:
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in Oil and Gas Industry,

Job Description:
  • Understand training requirements of the organization and implementation
  • Create and maintain training material on skill, product and processes
  • Schedule training program as per training calendar and arranging the training program
  • Provide data on Training accomplishment to Management
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO MD
Qualifications: Graduate/HND in Engineering from a reputed University and MBA from a renowned Institute.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Job Description:
  • Ability to do Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of the Oil and Gas Sector.
  • Ability to coordinate with various departments in the Organization.
  • Prepare MIS and timely reports to the MD.
  • Scanning of the Environment and pro-actively suggesting Remedial action.
PUBLIC RELATION(PR) OFFICER:
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline/media studies/communications.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Media House, Communication & Advertising or similar Profile in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Job Description:
  • Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
  • Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
  • Good knowledge/relationship with print and online media
  • Organizing events/corporate programs and sponsorship Handling
RETAIL SALES SUPERVISORS:
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing.

Experience: At least 5 years of hardcore sales experience in Oil and Gas Industry

Job Description:
  • Responsible for Monthly Sales Target achievement for assigned Fuel Stations
  • Competitor Information on their Sales and Marketing Strategies to Management
  • Channel Management of the assigned territory
  • Monthly Sales MIS and Audit Report of the Station
ACCOUNTANT:

Qualification: Minimum ACA/ ACCA.

Experience: Minimum 3 years qualification.

Job Description:
  • Manage team of Account officers on day to day work
  • Knowledge of Tally and Oracle financials
  • Reconciliation of Key accounts
ACCOUNT OFFICER:
Qualification: Graduate/HND in Accounting.

Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Accounting Firm.

Job Description:
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision on day to day work.
  • Knowledge of Tally and Oracle Financials is a must
  • Manage and reconcile accounts.
GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEES:
Qualification: Fresh Graduate engineers in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation streams.
