FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & AUDIT OFFICERS - Ref: FAAO/9/1
Requirements
Our ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • B.Sc degree (minimum 2.1) or H.N.D (Upper Credit) in Accounting/Finance from a recognized University or Polytechnic
  • 2-3 years cognate experience in a structured financial institution
  • Professional qualification - ACA or ACCA or have passed beyond intermediate levels in the examinations
  • Superb numerate skills and excellent Interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • A good team player, able to work under pressure at nil or little error rate

MECHANICAL/CIVIL ENGINEERS - Ref: MCE/9/2
Requirements
Our candidate Should possess the following qualifications
  • A good B.Sc or B. Eng (Hons) (Minimum of 2.1) or H.N.D Upper Credit in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Polytechnic
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Pre- or Post-Loss function in a structured insurance Company
  • Professional certification by COREN or the Nigerian Society of Engineers is an advantage
  • Possess good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be agile highly mobile and passionate about achieving results
BUSINESS RISK MANAGER (AGENCY MANAGEMENT) - Ref: BRM/9/3
Requirements
A seasoned and matured individual with the following qualifications and attributes
  • B.Sc or HND in Arts/Social Sciences
  • Have 8 -10 years post-NYSC experience in a structured Insurance Company
  • Possess verifiable track record of managing the agency operations of a reputable non-life Insurance firm
  • Have excellent leadership qualities, honest and of high integrity
  • Possess reasonable people-management skills
  • Must be able to rally his team for achieving set goals
  • Is comfortable working in a target driven environment
BUSINESS RISK EXECUTIVES - Ref: BRE/9/4
Requirements
Independent-minded but matured individuals who desire to build their career in selling non-life insurance products. The job is commission-based with generous incentive package. We require candidates with the following qualifications and attributes
  • A degree or HND in any field
  • Mature candidates with lesser qualifications can be considered
  • Highly demonstrable entrepreneurial and business development skills
  • Possess reasonable cognate experience in marketing of insurance even though necessary training will be provided
  • Successful candidates are guaranteed good career path
HEAD OF ZONE - PORT HARCOURT - Ref: HOZPH/9/5
Requirements
An urbane, well-connected and upwardly mobile professional Marketer with strong business development skills and possessing the following attributes
  • Good University degree in Arts or Social Sciences with a minimum of 2.1 or HND (Upper Credit)
  • Professional qualification with ACIIN or MBA
  • Good knowledge of insurance market in Port Harcourt
  • Knowledge of Brokers in Port Harcourt
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Exudes confidence and is sell-assured
