Requirements
1. Minimum of 10 years working experience, 3 of which must have been in the insurance industry and in a senior management level.
2. Deep technology knowledge and working experience in the insurance industry.
3. Excellent Business development and management skills as well as honed entrepreneurial appreciation.
4. Must possess leadership skills and must have previously supervised a young team requiring mentoring.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Good presentation skills; project execution and management skills.
7. Ability to network with minimal external reliance and interference.
8. Good planning, time-management and follow-through skills.
9. Good Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University
10. Professional qualification and/or membership of a professional organization in Insurance and technology will be an added advantage.
11. A Post-Graduate degree in a business related or technology related course will be an added advantage.
12. Energetic and not more than 40 years old
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Agree overall targets for the company with the Board of Directors;
2. Oversee the formulation and implementation of strategic and operational goals and targets;
3. Define and oversee the implementation of strategies that will lead to the achievement of the broad goals of the company;
4. Provide strategic direction to the organization;
5. Ensure the performance of the business at all times;
6. Create and ensure an enabling environment that maximizes and empowers employees while fostering productivity;
7. Define, initiate and maintain relationships with alliance partners in order to achieve overall goals of the company.
8. Identify and engage mutually rewarding partnerships with relevant organizations especially those that require verification services of the company;
9. Identify necessary changes to the Governance System and make such and other appropriate recommendations to the Board in the interest of the Company;
10. Continually act as the “face” of the organization in all formal and informal dealings;
11. Relate well with Supervisees, Consultants and other service providers to ensurethe smooth running of the business
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
SALES COORDINATOR/SUPERVISOR:

Requirements
1. Minimum of 4 years working experience, 2 of which must have been in the insurance industry.
2. Good working knowledge of the Insurance Industry.
3. Good understanding of the entire product range in the industry and market preferences.
4. Verifiable evidence of tangible business development and sales achievements within the insurance industry.
5. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
6. Excellent team coordination and performance abilities.
7. Good marketing and communication skills.
8. Must possess excellent negotiation, planning, time-management and follow-through skills
9. Good presentation skills.
10. Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
12. Must be innovative, responsible and also possess a good sense of judgment.
13. Good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable University;
14. Post-graduate degree in or membership of a professional body that is insurance related will be an added advantage.
15. Energetic and not more than 30 years old.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Plan and develop sales strategic plan for business development;
2. Develop and manage annual business plans identifying key sales activities, priorities and risks;
3. Develop and judiciously guide the implementation of marketing plans and strategies;
4. Generate sales leads;
5. Conduct periodic detailed analysis on the various market segments and the changes which may be occurring from one period to another with a view to ensuring that the company is properly equipped to play in its chosen market segment;
6. Develop periodic sales and marketing plan for the company and agree targets with all concerned;
7. Assist in the recruitment/training of Agents, field supervisors and other field staff.
8. Relate with other staff and field supervisors to ensure that staff perform their duties accordingly for target achievement;
9. Perform other duties as assigned
